Career Counselling

This department comprises of professionals called Career Consultants, who guide school going adolescents in making career choices which are suitable for them based on their interest, aptitude and personality. Most students choose careers based on their marks obtained and not on what they are passionate about. In today’s world, sustainable career choice has become a mandatory aspect of one’s life. The ability mapping of the students helps us to identify the talent & skills within them.

We at Crystal Minds, scientifically evaluate the students with the help of the aptitude-interest-personality assessments. It helps the student to identify their strengths, interest areas and personality vis-à-vis their career. We also offer counselling sessions & workshops on the following:
