She has presented many papers at the National forum, has been a speaker at symposiums and have conducted workshops on stress management, assertiveness training and learning disorders. She is an Assistant Professor of Psychology and B. Ed at Loreto College, Kolkata as well as a Guest Faculty at the Department of Psychology, West Bengal State University, Barasat. She has won the S. C Gupta Best paper award at the 41st NACIACP, 2015
